I'M FRIGGING TIRED!
slept at like one plus last night.
and woke up at 6.15.
but I was still late for trng.
cause I had to take train from sentosa all the
way to woodlands. 17 stops.
I was so bored that I counted. haha.
but when I reach there and went in.
they just finished the warm up.
so I didn't miss anything. yeah.
it was quite easy today.

ohohoh! the sprints.
darren scott sab and I were the last group to go for the sprints.
but we didn't want uncle vincent to take us.
only scott got ready.
darren standing beside the plunging board.
sab and I were standing on teh plunging board facing each other.
and uncle vincent was shouting at us.
haha and in the end we went. haha.
my timing was like frigging slow!

after trng.
took the bus to causeway with

and then when the bus was moving.

I got there I wore my shoe and did stretching. then we had to run for ten mins. I ran with darren. HE IS MAD! he ran damn fast and ask me to keep up with him. ran till there was 1min left then I didn't want to ran already so I stopped then darren too stopped and walk. haha. after that we did circuit trng in the gym. i slacked for some machines. Jiao lian said I shouldn't do so heavy cause I was suppppperrr tired after tuesday's afternoon trng. then we did abdorminals.after all that it was already 10.30am. then we went down to swim. 20by100. till eleven plus. In all we trained 3hours plus. so musch for letting us rest without one trng session. I had to go out with my dad at 2pm. and then when i went home. my grandfather came to my house and I had to entertained him. sort of. then I watched tv and use the comp for a while. thats all.

Yay! I finally changed my blogskin(:

haven't blogged in like a few days.
couldn't be bothered. haha.

I was sick but I still trained in the morning.
was feeling super bad though.
after that i went causeway and ate with val.
then went home and slept till about four.
my dad brought me to the doctor.
I had two days mc.
then went home to slack.

WEDNESDAY!
I was on mc but i still went training.
cause eugene said it was only gym.
so i went and it turned out to be a mistake.
cause they made us train 3 and a half hours.
MADNESS! so much for letting us rest for one session.
even their warm down set was hard lah.
oh and i went for the match with val and toh.

THURSDAY!
I had mc.
but i decided to go for trng.
after morning trng,
I was feeling super tired
so i skipped afternoon trng.
I went home and slept.
slacked all the way till night.

morning trng was okay.
jiaolian got tired of shouting
and gave up on us.haha.
